Our commitment
TruLife Insurance Group is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. Many of the families we serve are seniors, and readability is a priority in how this site is built.
What we have done
- Text sized for comfortable reading, with strong colour contrast throughout
- Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator
- A skip link that jumps straight to the main content
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Properly labelled form fields, with required fields identified in text rather than by colour alone
- Chart data also presented in an accessible data table
- Animation reduced automatically for visitors who set a reduced-motion preference
- Semantic headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the page structure
Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some areas of the site may not yet fully meet this standard.
Third-party content
Some content, such as links to carrier or industry websites, is controlled by third parties. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of websites we do not operate.
